These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Discounts Hut. They apply when you visit Discounts Hut, create an account, subscribe to alerts, save an offer, use a coupon link, or otherwise access a service that refers to these Terms.

By using Discounts Hut, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms shown with a feature or promotion also apply; if they conflict with these Terms, the feature-specific terms control for that feature.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Discounts Hut. If the law where you live requires a higher age to enter a binding agreement, you must meet that age. By using the service, you represent that you have legal capacity to accept these Terms.

If you use Discounts Hut for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and "you" includes both you and the organization. The service is not available to anyone previously suspended for misuse unless we approve reinstatement in writing.

Some features require an account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, sign-in link, and connected email account.

• Use a unique password and do not share access credentials.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Do not create accounts using another person's identity or automated means.
• You remain responsible for choices made before you report a compromise.

Our editors review coupons, sale links, prices, availability, expiration dates, minimum spends, and exclusions using merchant information and testing where practical. Deals can change quickly, and we cannot guarantee that every code, price, description, image, or availability status is complete, current, or error-free.

A verified label means a code or offer worked during a recent check or was confirmed by a reliable source; it is not a promise that it will work for every shopper, item, location, account, or checkout. Merchants may correct errors, withdraw offers, limit inventory, or refuse an order.

Offers are subject to the merchant's conditions and applicable law. Unless a merchant states otherwise, offers may be limited by date, geography, customer status, product, channel, inventory, payment method, or one use per customer. Coupon stacking, cash redemption, resale, transfer, and retroactive application may be prohibited.

• Enter codes exactly as shown and before completing payment.
• Confirm that qualifying items and minimum spend remain in the cart.
• Gift cards, taxes, fees, subscriptions, sale items, and selected brands may be excluded.
• Contact the merchant about checkout, cancellation, returns, warranties, or fulfillment.

Discounts Hut links to independent merchant websites, apps, and services. We do not sell the merchant's products, process your payment, hold inventory, ship orders, or control a merchant's pricing, policies, security, accessibility, availability, or customer service.

Your purchase is a separate transaction between you and the merchant. Review the merchant's terms and privacy notice before sharing information or paying. A link or listing does not mean that we endorse every product, claim, policy, or practice of that third party.

Some links are affiliate links. If you click one and later make a qualifying purchase, Discounts Hut may receive a commission from the merchant or affiliate network at no additional cost to you. Tracking technologies may be used to attribute the visit or purchase, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Compensation supports our service but does not buy a guaranteed ranking or positive review. We aim to select and order deals based on usefulness, value, popularity, freshness, and editorial judgment. Sponsored placements are identified where required.

Use Discounts Hut only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission. You must not interfere with the service or use it in a way that harms shoppers, merchants, partners, or our systems.

• Scrape, crawl, index, copy, or harvest content at scale without permission.
• Use bots to claim offers, create accounts, test codes excessively, or bypass rate limits.
• Introduce malware, probe security, evade access controls, or disrupt service availability.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or commit fraud.
• Resell, syndicate, or commercially exploit our deal data, brand, or editorial content.
• Use the service to violate a merchant's terms, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

Discounts Hut and its original content, design, software, compilation, selection, organization, logos, trademarks, and other brand elements are owned by Discounts Hut or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Merchant names and marks belong to their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Discounts Hut as permitted by these Terms. No license is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except where law cannot restrict that activity.

You may submit coupon tips, corrections, comments, feedback, reviews, or other content. You retain ownership of your original submission, but give Discounts Hut a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display it for operating, promoting, and improving the service.

You represent that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is not confidential, and does not violate law or another person's rights. Do not submit personal information about others, deceptive promotions, malware, unlawful material, or content for which you lack permission.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available in every location; that a deal will be honored; or that any product, merchant, savings estimate, review, or third-party content will meet your expectations. Nothing on Discounts Hut is financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.

Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Discounts Hut, if any, during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so those limits apply only to the extent lawful.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Discounts Hut and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, unlawful submission, or infringement of another person's rights.

We may control the defense and settlement of an indemnified matter. You agree to cooperate reasonably, and you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by or imposes obligations on Discounts Hut without our written consent.

You may stop using Discounts Hut at any time and may request account deletion through account settings or support. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or limit features if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, used the service fraudulently, or if suspension is required by law or a partner relationship.

Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal, but immediate action may be necessary for security, fraud, legal, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should continue including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer law in your home jurisdiction applies. Before filing a formal claim, contact us with a description of the dispute and requested resolution. We will try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, courts located in New York County, New York will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using an eligible small claims court.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, merchant relationships, law, security, or business practices. The date shown with the current version identifies the applicable Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the website, email, or another appropriate channel.

Unless we state otherwise, revised Terms apply when they become effective. Continuing to use Discounts Hut after that date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service before the update takes effect. Earlier versions may be requested from our team.

If a court finds any provision unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a right is not a waiver, and a waiver on one occasion is not a waiver on another.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms are the entire agreement between you and Discounts Hut regarding the service and replace earlier understandings about that subject. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, provided the assignment does not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.

When you use Discounts Hut, create an account, or contact us electronically, you consent to receive service communications electronically, including by email and notices posted on the website. Electronic notices satisfy legal requirements that communications be in writing where permitted by law.

Marketing messages are optional. You can unsubscribe from promotional email using the link in any message. We may still send transactional, security, account, and legal notices needed to provide the service or protect users.
